Sony's new EVI-D100
Pan/Tilt/Zoom video camera features a high speed, wide range pan/tilt head and
an integrated 10X auto focus lens with a zoom ratio of 40X. The EVI-D100
pan/tilt/zoom video camera combines a high quality color camera with a quiet,
high-speed pan/tilter, allowing the camera to make every turn extremely quickly
and immediately upon request.
In addition, the 65°
horizontal angle view of these cameras is strongly effective in capturing a
wide area. As for control, camera settings and pan/tilt/zoom control can be
made remotely from RS-232C Serial Control by VISCA™.
The EVI-D100 camera boasts
impressive and innovative features such as auto focus, auto white balance and
automatic exposure control which provide fast and stable hands free operation
when the camera changes pan/tilt positions. The EVI-D100/100P cameras join the
popular EVI-D30/D31 as Sony expands its pan/tilt camera line.

The EVI-D100 camera moves to a designated position quickly and immediately
with one of the highest pan/tilt speeds in its class.
Quiet Operation
Direct drive motors account for the gear-less structure of the camera,
reducing the noise of pan/tilt motion drastically compared to conventional
models.

Fast and stable auto focus zoom lens reaches 40x zoom for hands free operation.
